The Worklabs platform empowers administrators to invite new account holders, ensuring that the right individuals have access to the insights they need. Here's how to extend an invitation through the Admin Console:
Navigate to the Invitation Section (Click on "your name" in the top right corner, then select "Settings" > "Account Holders.")
Initiate the Invitation
Click on the 'Invite' button. This action will prompt a modal window to appear on your screen.
Retrieve the Invitation Link
Inside the modal, you'll find the 'Copy Link' button. Clicking this will allow you to capture the member invite link, ready for sharing.
Sharing the Link
Distribute this link to your chosen recipients. Do note, however, that the link retains its validity for 24 hours from the moment of its creation or until it is used, whichever comes first.
By following the above steps, you can provision invitation links for select staff users to gain the access they require.
