Overview
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows Worklabs users to log in using their existing enterprise Identity Provider (IdP), such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Our system integrates seamlessly with these providers via OAuth2-OIDC, simplifying the login process without requiring manual configuration from our team.
Upcoming Support for Custom OpenID/OIDC Providers
We are in the process of adding support for custom OpenID Connect (OIDC) providers. If your organisation requires this functionality, please get in touch with our support team for manual configuration options.
For now, please note that SSO configuration is a manual process that will involve Worklabs support, but this will transition to a more automated setup in the future.
Note: While we support SSO with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 out of the box, we can accommodate custom SSO requests as needed.
